Open Die Forgings

We are a premier producer of make to order components for a wide range of applications. Our production capabilities allow us to supply clients worldwide with open die forgings produced to meet the specifications of some of the most demanding industries. We can produce open die forgings weighing up to 5,000 lbs.

Closed Die Forgings

Ferralloy, Inc. Is also a premier supplier of closed die forgings for a full spectrum of applications. Our closed die forgings can be used for for a wide range of applications as they range from a few ounces to as much as 75 lbs. As with all our offerings, these closed die forgings are skillfully produced with advanced equipment and the highest quality materials.

Rolled Rings

Our rolled manufacturing capabilities allow us to create components up to 110" in diameter from various materials, including carbon, alloy and stainless steels as well as exotic superalloys.

Our state-of-the-art process uniformly directs the grain flow of the metal to produce parts with exceptional strength, ductility, and resistance to fatigue and impact. Rolled rings can be made in a range of thickness and supplied rough or finish machined to a specific tolerance.
